Sebastián Rey is a Uruguayan artist: singer, composer, musician and arranger. His songs cover rhythms such as milonga, candombe, songs from Montevideo - including the region's folk music - and tango, which is an active participant of this contemporary generation. In this sense, his best-known work is with Cuarteto Ricacosa, with whom he recorded the albums “Bien Parejito”, “Cimarrón” and “Gurí”. These three albums won the ""Premios Grafitti"" for best tango albums in Uruguayan music. Throughout his career, he performed with several bands in different places, passing through countries such as Paraguay, Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica, Colombia, Denmark and Norway. In 2017 he recorded his first album as a soloist.
